Site Name
As you may remember, the episode "Zion" led to some pretty interesting revelations and things to ponder... Thus came about this site's name. I truly believe that the friendship between Johnny and Bruce is a driving force of the series. (Regretfully recent seasons seem to lose track of that...)
This started out collecting story ideas/challenges/etc. and the stories that are written as a result. In the challenge list, you will see things that I originally made my personal challenges, now I'm listing them for the public.

About me & my Dead Zone passion
I truly started watching the series while season three started. I borrowed the first season from the library and then bought the first two seasons before tuning in to the current airings. I fell in love quickly and was fascinated by almost all of the episodes of the first two seasons. I do feel like the later seasons have suffered a decrease in story-telling quality and messes up previously established canon, but my love for the characters keeps me watching. I'm devoted to the characters and I love the series enough that I can heartily criticize all sorts of things but not want to stop watching. I love the premise and the actors who bring the characters to life. I'm here to stay. [Edit: Regretably, season six's start wrapped up my DZ watching days. I watched the season premiere and couldn't go further. I've kept up-to-date with general episode summaries, but given that my favorite character and lesser favorite character basically disappeared... Yeah, no real desire to watch. Plus I thought we were finally free of the Johnny/Sarah past, I can't stand to suffer through more of it.]
My favorite character is Bruce. I'm pretty much in love with John L. Adams. *g* The most fascinating aspect of the series for me is the relationship between Bruce and Johnny. There's a lot there and Bruce seems to be the support keeping things together no matter how bad things get. That said, I am indeed a slash fan. Johnny/Bruce is probably my favorite pairing across all my fandoms. I love these guys and all the interactions. So, most of my fiction is slash. I do write a fair amount of gen, however, as well as borderline friendship/slash. *g*
