The Beta List: Find betas (editors) for your stories before you send 'em out! Search by name or by fandom (including original). This is for gen, slash, het.... anime and live-action series.
The Quotations Page: I always like to use this site now and then
Minotaur's Sex Tips for Slash Writers: A must-read for anyone going to write in the slash realm. Beware of graphic content on this site; you must be mature enough to enter, this isn't for little kids. However, getting educated about what the heck you're writing about will make you much more liked by your readers.

The Vaults of Erowid: An incredibly good, educating, comprehensive guide to a wide variety of drugs. I was doing research on Extascy and found this site incredibly helpful. Looks at a wide range of the effects: good, bad, and indifferent.
Gay and Lesbian Timelines: Nice timeline from Advocate.com
Japanese/English Dictionary Server: a pretty nice one that I've used for a long time
Japan-A Country Study: A look on the sort of "government research" side of Japan, although it does look at culture as well
Online Symbolism Dictiionary: a limited number of enteries, but it's still can be pretty handy

Arduinna's Stargate SG-1 Handbook of Reference Info: My favorite site for SG-1 info. Has a great, organized collection of info on the different groups SG-1 has run into.
Script Archive: Has the most SG-1 scripts available, imo.
Stargate Daniel Friendly: Has some great resources--like what each level of the SGC is and some "quick-guides" to learning Gao'uld and Unas. =)
